Ashtanga Yoga Retreat, Crete / Triopetra

Ashtanga Yoga Retreat

Triopetra | Crete
April 28th to May 12th 2017

mit Andrea Lutz

We invite you to join us for an Ashtanga Yoga retreat in the beautiful south of Crete. The retreat center is situated on a cliff above the beach of Triopetra. Triopetra is a little paradise with white sandy beaches and mountainblue water of the lybian sea. The surroundings are stunning and invite you to rest and swim between the Yoga classes. Away from the main tourist spots the guesthouse is run by the same family for over 30 years and is renowned for its friendliness and its delicious cretan food. The yoga shala is built on top of the cliff and provides amazing views over the ocean and the hilly coastline.

The retreat provides you with the possibility to focus on your practice, and „retreat“ from your every day life. Triopetra is a place with special and strong energy and will recharge you on all levels.

Andrea will offer traditional Ashtanga Yoga, Mysore Style classes in the morning. In the afternoons the focus of her teaching will be on the techniques of Ashtanga Yoga, Pranayama, regenerative Yoga (Yin Yoga), Yoga Theory and Philosophy.

Every Morning and Afternoon we will offer the possibility to attend a Zazen – Meditation before the Yoga class starts. The Mysore style teaching allows to work with each student individually and to give personal assistance and guidance for beginners and advanced students alike.

All levels of students are welcome to join the retreat.

You will also have the possibility to book a massage or an energy healing session with Nisira (Androniki) Louka during the retreat.
